Apostle Samuel Abbott began as our Apostle April 2024. Bishop Abbott Pastor's Kingdom Life International in Wichita Falls Tx for the past 3 years he has been in Texsas, he started in Topeka Kansas, Dr. Abbott went on to earn a Bachelors in Pastoral Theology, a Masters in Christian Administration, and a Doctorate in Theology with emphasis in Leadershipall from FaithBible College in 2021, Dr. Abbott received his certification of authorization from the Trauma Healing Institute as an Apprentice in Classic Trauma Healing and has recently received Human Resources Professional Certification from Midwestern State Universityof Texas.  

Dr. Barbara Smitherman is a 21^st century Destiny enlightening, kingdom enlarging agent. She is a profound conference speaker prolific Bible teacher, and preacher. She is a published author who has a strong understanding of the Spiritual verses the Natural. She is a pioneering tireless anchor in the Kingdom of God. Dr Smitherman is the founder of a strong Ministry geared toward women the WGW (Women God’s Weapons) Prayer retreat. Dr. Smitherman is a mentor counselor and motivator she is a true beacon of inspiration. Her passion is to help others discover their God given gifting and destiny in the Kingdom. Her mandate is to teach the Gospel and word of God with simplicity and understanding to all ages. Dr. Smitherman is the wife of Elder Douglas Smitherman they have been married over 53 years they have two adult children 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Evangelist Levi is an Ordained Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, he serves at TOPWC & abroad he serves as the  Evangelist here. Evangelist Levi has been Ordained since 2015. Levi has a heart for the people and has a commitment to God and his children that is something very special. Levi is Transparent, humble and on Fire for God! He walks in Love, Humility, Power and understanding by the leading of the Holy Spirit, Levi is One to really focus on Bible and reaching the unchurched in areas that the Churched won't usually go, I.E Prisons, Nursing homes, Jails, youth homes, Unhoused encampments and much more! He has been commissioned to Re-Present the Gospel to the World, with the infallible Word of God, presenting God as the God of the Bible! Levi is the founder of the Levis' Evangelistic traveling & outreach Ministry, This Ministry is geared to the shut in, the incarcerated, un-housed community members, outcast, widows and the un-churched.  Evangelist Levi is Heavily involved in his community, he is currently serving as the Ward-1 City councilman in McAlester & also a member of several other Civic organizations at the city, state & federal Level..

Evangelist Marilyn Cable is currently serving as the Administrator/Finance officer of Tabernacle of Praise Worship Center, and also participates on the Praise and Worship Team.

She graduated from the BSTM in April 2019 with an Evangelical License in the Five-Fold Ministry. In July of the same year she was Ordained as an Evangelist with the full authority as described in 2 Timothy 4:5 to do the work of the Evangelist.

Evangelist Cable is the Wife of Darrell Cable they have been married 35 years with Two grown Children and Two Grandchildren. They have been dedicated servants of the Lord since 1997 and have willing and unselfishly served within any capacity the Lord leads.

Doug graduated from BTSM in April 2019 and in April 2020 was ordained as a Minister he currently serves at TOPWC.

Ashley has been chosen as a Finance Assistant because of her skills for budgeting and she works well with others, she assists with Atomic Blast and participates on the Praise and Worship Tea, is also the mother of 3 wonderful children and a wife to our Atomic Blast Lead/Teacher Elder Michael Trigg.

Darrell graduated from the BSTM in April 2021 and has been Elder at Tabernacle for a while and he is Head of  Security and  bus ministry and occasionally runs the sound booth. He is also married to Marilyn Cable and has 2 wonderful children and 2 beautiful grandchildren.

Elder Michael graduated from the BSTM in 2025 he is the Lead Atomic Blast Minister/Teacher, he's our lead guitarist on the Praise and Worship Team. He's married to out lovely finance assistant Ashley Trigg and  has 3 beautiful children.

Lucas serves as the Atomic Blast Assistant Teacher and also the church social media manager and also serves on the Praise and Worship team. 

Elder Douglas Smitherman is the Husband of Pastor Barbara Smitherman.  He is a retired veteran with 33 years of service to his country. Elder Smitherman was fundamental in the establishment of the Tabernacle of Praise Worship Center and has helped and supported the Ministry in all capacities for the entirety of the 20 years we have been in existence.
